September 23, 2010Heavy rain, severe weather rolls through Minnesota
From the National Weather Service:
Several waves of showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall will continue to develop across far southwest Minnesota, and move east and northeast across southern Minnesota this evening. Another disturbance will interact with increasing deep moisture later tonight and provide for more heavy rainfall for central and east central Minnesota, as well as west central Wisconsin through Thursday evening. Total rainfall amounts could approach 3 to 5 inches, with localized higher amounts.
