Peterson, Walsh make AP's All-Pro team

Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson and kicker Blair Walsh made the Associated Press’ All-Pro first team.

Peterson was unanimously selected by all 50 members of a committee made up of reporters. The only other player to receive 50 votes was J.J. Watt of the Houston Texans.

Walsh received 42 votes to make first team.

Vikings fullback Jerome Felton and outside linebacker Chad Greenway were named to second team.

At quarterback, Peyton Manning earned first team honors with 43 votes, while Aaron Rodgers made second team with only four votes.

ESPN’s Kevin Seifert points out the first team doesn’t include any Packers, but six players from San Francisco made the cut–the NFL’s highest number of All-Pro players.
