Granlund is back on the ice after sprained ankle

After missing 12 games with a sprained ankle, Mikael Granlund will be back on the ice with the AHL Houston Aeros Fright night, according to the Star Tribune. Granlund, the Wild’s top prospect, was injured during an AHL game just over a month ago.

Even without Granlund, the Aeros have been red hot — winning five straight games. Check out the box score of their latest game. It features quite a few players who will likely see time with the Wild as soon/if the lockout ends.
