Players reflect on Gagliardi's career at St. John's

John Gagliardi’s 60 year reign as the head coach of St. John’s football program came to an end two weeks ago when he retired. Even at 86 years old Gagliardi’s decision was a bit of a surprise to many of his current and former players. FOX Sports North caught up with a number of them and documented their thoughts on Gagliardi’s dominating career.

Gagliardi, the all-time winningest coach in NCAA football history, made national news when he announced his retired.

In related news, longtime Hibbing High School volleyball coach Gail Nucech is calling it a career. She retires with 884 wins over 44 seasons at the school.
