What are knuckle push-ups anyway?

After All-Star and Olympic forward Kevin Love broke his hand doing knuckle push-ups, FOX9 set out to find out more about the exercise.

Lifetime Fitness personal trainer Jorgan Hartje says the push-up method targets specific muscles to strengthen wrists. Love’s injury was most likely a freak accident.
