Man sues city of Austin, officers in Taser incident

A man who claims he was having a seizure while two Austin police officers shocked him with a Taser has filed a federal complaint seeking a jury trial. An attorney for former Austin resident Scott Sheeley, 50, originally sought a $1.5 million settlement from the city but it did not happen. Officers claim Sheeley was combative during the November 2011 incident.
