The photo was taken on Medicine Lake on May 5, 2012, at Clifton E. French Regional Park in Plymouth, Minn. According to photographer Jerry Eklund, “This was the night of the ‘Super Moon,’ but clouds obscured the moon. It didn’t matter, the photo turned out great.” We agree.
