Legal fight emerges over condo that allows cats, but not 'companion dog'

A big legal battle has been launched against the Calhoun-Isles Condominium Association, which allows cats and small birds in their condos, but not dogs. At odds with the association is Diane Orenstein, who can't have her "companion dog" live with her at her condo, despite recommendations from her psychologist and her social worker.
