1 year later, Senser victim's family celebrates his life

It was one year ago Thursday that Amy Senser, the wife of former Minnesota Viking Joe Senser, struck and killed Minneapolis chef Anousone Phanthavong on an interstate off-ramp. She is serving a 41-month sentence and appealing the conviction.
