White House confirms details of Biden's Minnesota visit

The White House released details Saturday of Vice President Joe Biden's campaign stops Tuesday in Minneapolis and in Rochester. Biden will hold a rally at The Depot hotel in Minneapolis at 12:30 p.m. and rally in Rochester at Floral Hall at the Olmsted County Fairgrounds at 4:30 p.m.
