Minnesota father charged in 11-month-old's bathtub drowning

The father of a Fridley toddler who drowned in her family's bathtub has been formally charged with manslaughter nine months after the child's death. Investigators said Joe Martin put 11-month-old Maddie Martin and her 4-year-old sister, Allie, in the tub in the family's apartment, and went into another room and fell asleep -- an event that led to the death of the child.
