'Bizarre Foods' host Andrew Zimmern to launch food truck at state fair

Edina resident and "Bizarre Foods" host Andrew Zimmern is rolling out a new food truck at the Minnesota State Fair. Named AZ Canteen, the truck will serve food inspired by Zimmern's global travels on the hit Travel Channel show. Among Zimmern's menu items are cabrito butter burgers, crispy pork belly with green papaya salad, and griddled veal tongue sliders.
