Where did ex-Twin Jim Thome hit his 600th home run?

Thome blasted homer No. 599 and 600 against the Tigers in Detroit on Aug. 15, 2011. But that wasn’t the only highlight. Before that game, the Twins traded outfielder Delmon Young to Detroit. In the first inning, Young homered off of Francisco Liriano in his first Tiger at-bat. The final score: Twins 9, Tigers 6 in a drama-filled day.
