Dayton gets report on bullying, backs call for tougher law

Gov. Mark Dayton received the final report of a state task force on bullying and said he supports its call for a tougher law. Dayton called it disgraceful that the issue has received such scant attention in Minnesota. The report calls for a law with a specific definition of bullying and a disciplinary system for how to respond to it.
