Philip Pariso is facing two counts of terroristic threats and two counts of kidnapping, the Pioneer Press reports. Police say the Inver Grove Heights man walked into M&I Bank in downtown Minneapolis on Friday and said he had a bomb.
The threat led to the lunchtime evacuation of Gaviidae Common and surrounding streets.
WCCO-TV reports the station turned the suspect away earlier in the day when he asked to speak with a reporter.
