Grand Forks eatery tops Esquire's Best Late-Night Food in America

Red Pepper in Grand Forks, famous for its ham grinder, topped the national list of 24 best places for late-night food in the U.S.A. Owner, Jeff Tallman, tells WDAZ he’s excited and “surprised to be at the top of the list.”
