Duluth polar bear goes on display at Como Zoo

Visitors at Como Zoo in St. Paul can now meet Berlin, the polar bear rescued after flood waters devastated the Lake Superior Zoo in Duluth in June, WCCO reports. Two harbor seals from the Duluth zoo are also on display at Como.

Fourteen animals drowned, including goats, sheep and a donkey, when torrential rain swamped the Lake Superior Zoo.

The Duluth zoo reopened in July, but officials have not decided if the seals and polar bear will be return.
