A grand jury has indicted a Minneapolis teen on a charge of first-degree murder in the June death of the 5-year-old boy shot as he slept on his grandmother's couch. If Stephon Shannon, 17, is found guilty of the charge, his automatic sentence would be life in prison without hope of release.
