Police return stolen gifts to newlyweds

As police sought a suspect at a St. Paul motel, they discovered a number of stolen items in a room – including wedding presents that had been stolen out of vehicle in Blaine during the weekend, KSTP reports. The suspect fled. Police continue to investigate.

Emily Wood told the station that she was thrilled to learn some of the items had been found. “I was just stunned, I couldn’t believe it.”
