Dayton signs bill that cracks down on synthetic drugs

Gov. Mark Dayton signed a bill Thursday morning at the capitol that will make it a felony to sell synthetic drugs starting Aug. 1. With the action, the state is joining a national crackdown on what's better known as incense, or bath salts.
