Bar that served hit-and-run driver being sued

A lawsuit claims Timothy Bakdash was overserved at The Library before he drove into a group of people, killing one of them. Bakdash is serving 40 years in prison for second-degree murder. Family members of the victim filed the suit against the bar in Minneapolis' Dinkytown area.
