St. Paul man laughs throughout murder sentencing

Adrian Flowers laughed and smiled throughout his sentencing in the murder of Dekota Galtney. It was odd behavior after the judge had given him a break, noting among other factors that Flowers had previously expressed remorse. The judge sentenced Flowers to about two years less than what had been agreed upon by the prosecution and defense in the plea deal.
