Device makers back bill for speedier federal reviews; some consumer groups don't

Minnesota's medical device makers are keen on a bill making its way through Washington that would speed up the federal review process for new devices. Not all consumer groups are behind it, though. Some worry it could lead to a review process that's too lenient.
