Natural gas company proposes pipeline from North Dakota to Oklahoma

The 1,300-mile project would cost more than $1.5 billion and could ship 200,000 barrels of crude daily from western North Dakota to the nation's biggest storage terminal. Construction on the pipeline could begin as early as next year and be complete by 2015.
