Bachmann says it's time for Republicans to settle on presidential candidate

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann says the nominating process has been fruitful but it's left the Republican party with factions that need to unify around a presidential candidate. She declined again to make an endorsement, saying she will back whoever the people choose.
